being a tech founder, a family man and having 9 - 5, @alex wears maay hats. he takes on all duties of a solo founder and that sometimes extends to doing the actual work, which includes fixing working laptops for his clients. he's cool taking on everything else but patching damaged laptops, nope. he could master it just by patching more and more of them but the time... attention... and artistry it demands - for him, it's just too much.

instead, he hands over to us, all damaged laptops to be patched. and because he brought in more ( hundreds ) damaged laptops than any other technician we've got on subscription.... our capabilities comforts him and he just allow us freedom to do our thing. he makes doing business with us easy, and for that - he gets priority service and flexible payments.

never has there been a laptop returned to him by a client, that was damaged and we patched. never. we work every laptop to be the last team to ever patch it.
< and it makes him more money >
because rather than taking them on, he sends in more & literally all his clients with damaged laptops. we cut him a deal that's more fair to him than us, so he keeps more/laptop.
